As a certified PADI Open Water Diver, the most widely recognized and respected rating in the world, you have the freedom to dive with a buddy independent of a professional. If you already tried a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience or are PADI Scuba Diver certified, check with our instructors to see how credit from these courses may apply to the open water program.

When you sign up for the PADI Open Water Course in KK, plus a day of fun diving after the course we will give you a RM 110 discount off the fun diving! Meaning the 3 fun dives will only cost RM 270 instead of RM 380

what do i need to start?

Virtually anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can earn a PADI Open Water Diver certification. Have a look at this medical form to see if you are fit to dive.

The minimum age to start the course is 10 years.

how long will it take?

The PADI Open Water Course will take 4 days if you choose to complete the theory on site!

For the 3 day option you must complete the theory at home through PADI E-learning – for more details see below.

what will i do?

Throughout the course, you’ll learn fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. You will complete five confined open water dives and knowledge development sessions and make four open water dives.

how much does it cost?

4 day course: RM1,475 or
3 day E-learning: RM1,100*

Price includes: Dive equipment, All PADI Material, PADI Instructor Fees, PADI Certification, Lunch, Diver Park Fee, Entrance Fee, Jetty & Admin Fee

what is padi e-learning?

If you are short on time or would like to maximize your time in the water then it is possible to complete the PADI Open Water Diver Theory class online before you arrive and take the practical part of the course here. You will need to pay a fee to PADI which is currently AUD262 and can then complete the 3 day practical part of the course here with us in KK.
